1330 AOA Brand Refresh

RXR’s Marketing Team tasked us with developing a brand refresh for 1330 Avenue of the Americas. This building sits a few blocks from Central Park and is a unique leasing opportunity for any corporation.

 

The Approach

Looking at the previous decks, and working alongside the Creative Director on this ask, we felt the deck lacked refinement and needed a refreshed color palette. We revised the tone and voice to reflect a more elegant and sophisticated message. Once the narrative was set, we curated a font style and color palette that helped communicate the elevated messaging.

The Result

The final outcome resulted in refreshed brand aesthetic that was used to help sell the building to a new management company.
